Dawn Schottlandt has served as our Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs since October 2025.
Background
Dawn is a seasoned investor relations and corporate affairs leader with more than two decades of experience helping life science companies tell their story to Wall Street, the media, and the broader healthcare community. Known for her strategic insight and steady execution, she has guided both emerging and established biopharmaceutical organizations through pivotal milestones—from IPOs and FDA approvals to acquisitions and major data disclosures.
Before joining Geron, Dawn served as Managing Director at Argot Partners, where she led investor relations strategy for a portfolio of public and private biotech clients across all stages of growth. Previously she held senior IR and communications roles at Chiasma, ArQule, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Elan Corporation, earning recognition for developing clear, compelling narratives that align corporate vision with investor confidence. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). A passionate advocate for community and wellness, she has completed six marathons for charitable causes and founded In My Running Shoes, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting health-related charities through endurance events.
